He went to Shenzhen. I studied in Guangdong for four years and went to Shenzhen quite a bit. I think if tourists are on a tight budget there, it's genuinely hard to find good places to eat.

Speaking of those swarms of motorcycles in Taiwan... they scared me to death when I was there. And they think that's better than traffic in mainland China?

Their motorcyclists are actually quite disciplined, stopping neatly in the designated boxes. But once they get going, they're incredibly loud and fast.

Saying Shenzhen has no ramen shops is a joke. There are plenty of Lanzhou ramen places, okay? If he's talking about Japanese-style ramen, maybe it's because they're so bad that they're not popular. There really aren't many of those shops in Shenzhen (though they're not entirely non-existent).

In the end, it always comes down to 'Well, it's not as good as Taiwan.'

Are there any reviews from Taiwanese tourists in the US? I'd love to see just how 'pro-Taiwan' they get in their comments.

                    Second-hand smoke is so annoying...

Honestly, with such a huge population, it's impossible for there not to be attractive women.

The fact that it's blurred/pixelated says it all.
