Hello everyone, upon just arriving in Suzhou, I must complain about the Suzhou-Nan Station! 🤦‍♀️

To be honest, the design of this station left me a bit puzzled, especially when it comes to exiting:

    • The signage is just too unclear; finding an exit feels like a guessing game.

Furthermore, the taxi experience must be emphasized, pay attention!

    • ⚠️ Attention! Taxis at Suzhou-Nan Station require a specific technique:
      • When you call for a taxi through your phone, the driver doesn't directly come to pick you up.
      • He first drives his own car to the parking lot, finds an open spot, and parks there.
      • Then, he informs you of that parking spot’s number.
      • Finally, you find his vehicle based on that number.

Imagine all this drama resulting in overcrowding in a small area where everyone is waiting for the drivers to provide their parking spot number. It’s so time-consuming and chaotic!

This being my first visit to Suzhou, I was expecting a delightful surprise; instead, the station instantly gave me a negative first impression! 📉
Sigh, my heart yearns reminiscing about Hangzhou (already on day 3 of missing Hangzhou, which is much more streamlined!).

Hope those heading to the Suzhou-Nan Station get a heads up! @button_to_suzhou (Wonder if the station management see my complaint? )

With so many stations in Suzhou, why did they specifically have to choose the South Station?

Suzhou South Station is so far out, it's practically outside of Suzhou itself.

Suzhou South is basically just a half-finished project right now.

              My advice: don't bother going.

Most Suzhou locals wouldn't choose to use the South Station.

The unlicensed taxi drivers in Fenhu could make a miniature model of Suzhou South Station to worship – it's practically their God of Wealth.
