China Tourism Bureau: Allergic to Actual Wilderness?

Hello everyone! I came all the way to Dameisha Beach Park in Shenzhen tonight just to witness the legendary “Blue Tears”!
Allow me to explain, “Blue Tears” is actually a kind of glowing marine microorganism (plankton). When they gather together, the beach at night will be filled with a dreamy blue fluorescence, extremely beautiful!
I can say this: last year here in Dameisha, it was incredibly clean and beautiful, and the sea breeze felt so refreshing. But today… I was simply stunned! There’s now all sorts of strange, out-of-place stuff on the beach and by the sea! You know, that kind of thing… let’s just say there are some objects you wouldn’t expect to see in such a beautiful natural landscape.
- It spoils the entire atmosphere, you get the picture?
Heavens, isn't there any way for us to enjoy the pristine beauty of nature quietly?
️ Wake-up call for those coming to Dameisha or chasing “Blue Tears”:
-
Manage your expectations: If you’re also planning to come here, especially to see the "Blue Tears" or the clean beach, you may need to lower your expectations a little bit. The current scene is quite different from what I saw last year.
-
Try to escape the visual pollution: Move towards areas where there are fewer people or appear cleaner. You might still find scenery that satisfies you.
-
Everyone has a responsibility to protect the environment: We also hope that we can cherish the environment here, take away waste generated by ourselves, reducing even more of the disfigurement caused to the beauty of the seaside.

It feels like the main problem is that the sculptures don't quite blend in with the scenery. Also, those chaotic red, green, and blue warning signs nearby are a mess. It's really an issue with the exhibition design. The seaside sculpture exhibition I saw at Bondi, for example, integrated its color palette and theme much better.

Whoa, this is seriously impressive!
-
This is why I truly admire Italian taste sometimes.
-
Honestly, I think it would look better without this sculpture.
-
Typical Chinese aesthetics, especially when it comes to those in power.
-
Because of my job, I once went to the beach and asked the management. This is what he said, word for word.

@Ustinian Why on earth would they put a Hulk there? LOL.
