Okay, what title do you want me to translate?

Ah, Shanghai, the "Magic City." If you're new here, might you feel a little lost? The towering skyscrapers look so much alike, and it feels like there's nothing to see but shopping malls.
-
Here's my take:
- The stunning nighttime lights of the Bund are quite beautiful, Nanjing Road is bustling with people, and I've taken plenty of photos at various viral landmarks.
- However, after roaming around, does it seem like that’s all there is to see? There's something missing, and I haven't experienced that “Wow! This place is so interesting!” surprise.
- Am I not approaching the city the right way? Did I miss some secret spots? -
A little tip, would be great:
- What are some hidden gems that only locals know about in Shanghai?
- Is there something unique that could make my impression of Shanghai better?
- For instance, are there narrow alleys with interesting stores and events that aren't crowded with tourists but still deeply infused with authentic Shanghai flavor?
I would appreciate the advice from some experienced locals! #ShanghaiTravelTips #SeekingOutTheHiddenTributes

Honestly, if you don't spend enough, there's not much to do that's fun. But then again, if you do have the money, where isn't fun?
-
Spot on.

Apart from the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Bund, Shanghai doesn't have many major famous attractions. However, it's full of smaller points of interest, especially around Huaihai Road and Fuxing Middle Road. There are many former residences of famous figures that are now small museums, like those of Sun Yat-sen and Soong Ching-ling, the site of the First National Congress of the CPC, the former Korean legation, and various Republican-era publishing houses and newspaper offices, plus the old Communist Youth League site.

Over here in Yangpu, we've got plenty of spots perfect for a city walk, like the North Bund riverside, Jiangwan Stadium, Fudan University, Xinjiangwancheng Park, and Gongqing Forest Park is also quite enjoyable. And let me tell you a little secret: all these places are free!
-
It's good for just wandering the streets, but aside from a few well-known attractions, there's really not much else to do.
-
Honestly, it's not that fun...
-
When it comes to natural scenery, Shanghai gets overshadowed by most places. But take that away, and Shanghai outshines most other regions. If you insist it's boring or not fun, then other places are even more so (apart from their natural landscapes).

As someone from Xinjiang, I really like Shanghai. I came again this year, and it's a lot of fun!
-
Having fun in Shanghai definitely costs money.
-
Be more confident; it's not just a 'feeling'.
-
Well, hurry back then!

You wander around and it's always just the same few places. And then they have all sorts of markets and pop-up shops, which are basically just ways to get you to spend more money.
