Heads Up! Shenzhen No. 4 Beach – Dodging the Tourist Traps.
-
But it's fantastic for photos in the summer! I visited the observatory, then went swimming at Beach No. 3. Over at Beach No. 4, I watched some surfing, grabbed a drink, and just chilled. Overall, a pretty good experience. When it came to food, I stuck to group deals – too scared of getting ripped off ordering individual dishes.
-
It's decent for photos, but that's pretty much it.
-
I was just there last Friday. If you can, book a hotel. Steer clear of the guesthouses – they're generally dirty, messy, poorly maintained, and swarming with mosquitoes. You'll get eaten alive staying in one.
-
Absolutely. The environment in those guesthouses is really... let's just say it's less than ideal.
-
You get better photos here than at Judiaosha; I've been to both. This place is also much larger than Judiaosha.
-
But it's still not very big.
-
Recommendations might be fake, but warnings to steer clear are definitely genuine. After all, who complains for no reason?
-
600 for a single dish? Post a pic, let's see it!
-
Is the transportation convenient?
-
That's a rip-off! 600 for a single dish.
-
Yep, got completely ripped off.
-
Which restaurant charges 600 for a single stir-fried crab dish?
-
The second restaurant from the left, on the very outer edge.
-
Which beach is the most photogenic?
-
Why can't we be near the beach at 6:30?
