Ha ha, it's easy! Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words, especially when you want to express that things are tough.
If you want to express that you've been having a hard time, here are some colloquial ways to say it:
- "Check this pic out! Let me show you how 'Mercury Retrograde' my life has been recently!"
- ("Mercury Retrograde," or "Mínguáng réntuò" in Chinese, is a popular online term referring to when Mercury is on retrograde and is often used to describe a period of bad luck by young people.)
- "One picture speaks volumes about just how I am doing lately."
- "Picture speaks louder than words: Life has been pretty rough for me as of late."
- "No need for long explanations. Here’s a photo to prove my ‘tragic’ experiences recently."
- "Upload this picture, and see the ups and downs I’ve gone through lately (more like straight down). Sobbing sound effect."
- "Check this pic out! Let me show you how 'Mercury Retrograde' my life has been recently!"

Keep pushing, sis!
