What's wrong? Do you want to blow up Shanghai?

It's such an impressive place. Am I weird or what? The first time I went to the Bund, I was truly impressed. So much so that I went every weekend for two years, and by the end, the novelty had worn off. But when I left, the amazement came back.

I'm from Guangzhou, and I felt that Shanghai is just like any other big city. It's all about modern architecture; there's not much difference.

Both are bright and bustling cities. I think Guangzhou is also very prosperous. Coming from a smaller town, the visual impact was indeed very strong.

Shanghai is incredibly competitive. It's fine for a short visit, but living there is another story. As a local, I always dream of escaping Shanghai.

For us outsiders, renting a place is too expensive, which puts a lot of financial pressure on us.

I suggest cycling along the Huangpu River. It's almost free and very enjoyable.

I once took a sightseeing bus, which was fun, but a bit pricey. Electric bikes and bicycles are no longer allowed in the Bund area.

A few days ago, I walked around Nanjing Road at night. Thinking about leaving the next day, I felt really sad. From the city's greenery to its traffic order, I found Shanghai to be better than Beijing in many aspects.

I used to go to the Bund at night, but during my last few days, I went during the day and sat there for a long time. You moved from one big city to another, while I returned to a small village.

I heard the Japanese yen has depreciated a lot recently. If I buy a camera lens for around 6000 RMB, would it be worth it, considering the costs of shipping and taxes?

There are so many people from Henan in Shanghai.

I worked in Shanghai for twelve years. Before I left, I made sure to take videos of the streets and neighborhoods I frequented. Back in Beijing, I often watch them and miss those days in Shanghai.

After twelve years, it must have been hard to leave. I had plans to treat friends to dinner and explore more, but in the end, I left in a rush.

Every day since I returned home from Shanghai, I've regretted it.
