Disney and Happy Valley aren't even in the same league. You think you're so clever.

As an older mom, I haven't been. I asked my son if he wanted to go, and he wasn't interested either. The main reason is that our family of three isn't really into the Disney IP; we all prefer the Marvel superhero series.

But Disney has Marvel-themed areas, you know!

No, Disney is perfect for adults who are big kids at heart, looking to rediscover their inner child.

Exactly! Yesterday, as soon as I walked into the park, I saw this young woman taking a photo with Donald Duck. She was smiling, and then she just started crying. Oh my god, I was just a bystander, and I teared up too! There were so many moments like that all day. Disney is really for people who truly appreciate it.

I feel sorry for anyone whose childhood didn't include Disney cartoons.

Totally!! Universal Studios is definitely more fun.

If you're after thrills, Disney isn't the place. Disney is about its IPs, not thrill rides.

I guess I just expected too much from Disney.

It's fundamentally an IP-based theme park. The architectural craftsmanship, attention to detail, landscaping, and the quality of the parades are on a whole other level, completely outclassing other amusement parks. But if you're only looking at how thrilling the rides are, why even go to Disney? Wouldn't Happy Valley be a better choice?

That's why I suggested Happy Valley! What are you even doing commenting here? That's completely irrelevant to my point.

I almost cried during the interaction with Nick (Wilde). He was so genuine! He'd point to the Nick ears on his head and the tie he was wearing, showing them off to us. He was so authentically Nick; the immersion was fantastic. I really felt like I was going to cry.

Disney just isn't the place for thrill rides. Its main focus is on creating immersive lands. Honestly, what other park today can even compare to Disney's level of park construction, facilities, and interaction? Every themed area has different streetlights, trash cans, and benches—they're so meticulous! That includes the queuing areas for each attraction; it's all designed for an immersive atmosphere. And the set design for Pirates of the Caribbean? It's truly incredible.
