You'd be better off going to the Natural History Museum.

The underwater tunnel?! Seriously?! How many people are they planning to rip off with that?

Seriously, it's packed. The lines move incredibly slowly; you're looking at 1-2 hour waits easily.

Huh? Aside from the rapids ride and the roller coaster, there were hardly any lines. I was just there last weekend.

Just got back with my kid today. Check out my homepage for a video of a beluga whale interacting with my child! I think whether you have fun is purely down to luck. Honestly, I find it a pretty good experience to try once in a while. We were happy.

I've been there many times, and it's definitely fun. The key is whether it's suitable for the May Day holiday. When we went on weekends, the crowds were manageable. But for May Day... seeing all those people on the other side of the glass in your photo has made me scrap my plans to go tomorrow.

I previously bought an afternoon session ticket for 69, but it expired because I didn't have time. I checked for May Day, and the afternoon session is 149. I'm on the fence about going; it feels like a rip-off.

I feel Haichang is more suited for younger kids. I bought an annual pass, which I think is pretty good value, it's just a bit far out.

Why not stay at the Haichang hotel and split the visit over two days? If you find the hotel too pricey, you could explore options in the surrounding area.

With that kind of money, wouldn't an annual pass be a much better deal? You can go as many times as you like throughout the year.

Shanghai Haichang is actually really fun! The orcas are especially breathtaking!
