Go to the Couple's Retreat Garden (Yi Yuan)! Skip the Humble Administrator's Garden (Zhuo Zheng Yuan)!!

Anyone else traveling solo? I am too. Looking for someone to explore with – I'm a girl, hoping to find another girl to team up with.

Arriving in Suzhou soon and want to do a Zanhua (hairpin flower) photoshoot. Any recommendations?

Hey sis, why not a Qipao photoshoot? A Qipao in the gardens is a true Suzhou signature! Pair it with a simple hairpin – it'd look incredibly elegant!

...So, what's actually fun to do in Suzhou? Why does it have such a huge appeal...?

Haha, you have to understand how appealing places like Suzhou are, especially to people from the north. That whole 'misty Jiangnan' vibe – who wouldn't want to experience that? Haha!

Any gals heading to Suzhou around late June or early July?

Emm, if you don't mind Suzhou's plum rain season, then go for it. Otherwise, you might want to reconsider.

Honey, I just asked my roommate – hotels in both Suzhou and Nanjing are super expensive!

I booked mine on Meituan (MT), and it's my favorite guesthouse so far! It has a projector, an iron, and even some workout gear. The only catch is they charge for disposable bath towels, but that's not a dealbreaker.
