Dragon Boat Fest in Suzhou: Brace Yourselves!

Oh my goodness, does anyone know when the tickets for that famous garden, Zhan Garden (拙政园), in Suzhou will be sold? To clarify for my friends who might not know, Zhan Garden is one of Suzhou's most well-known classical gardens — a must-go destination with huge crowds!
I've heard on the grapevine that they sell tickets online at midnight one week before the visit date, but no matter how many nights I've spent waiting up until midnight hitting refresh obsessively, I haven't managed to get any tickets! Disappointing.

Reminder to Visitors (crucial!):

• Be warned: Apparently, that previously reliable “sold at midnight one week prior” rule doesn’t actually apply here — either the tickets are exceedingly hard to come by or they sell out instantly once available.
• How should we respond?
  • If you still want to visit, mentally prepare yourself because it’s really difficult to obtain a ticket there.
  • In addition to keeping an eye out on the official channels, you can also check reliable third-party platforms or ask local travel agencies, but always stay vigilant for any potential rip-offs.
  • Don’t wait around like me for several days straight and negatively affect your travel plans.

Try selecting off-peak season tickets. I also kept checking and didn't see any tickets released until I asked customer service yesterday.

Avoid the Humble Administrator's Garden during the Dragon Boat Festival. It's so crowded you'll only see people. Pick a different one.

I've booked the Suzhou Museum, so I'll explore the nearby attractions too. Everywhere is packed during holidays, but what can you do? We working folks (literally 'oxen and horses') only get a bit more time off then.
