Here's the translation for the requested text:

Well, how should I put this? When it comes to Shenzhen...
If you are looking for the modern elements closely tied to business and economic development – such as exciting shopping centers and thrilling tech experiences – Shenzhen surely won't disappoint!
(Side note: As a city rapidly developed after China's reform and opening-up, Shenzhen excels in modern architecture and innovative technology, not ancient historical sites.)
However! If you are expecting long-standing historical sites or particularly distinctive natural landscapes...
Unfortunately, these can be relatively common, lacking significant surprises.
In short, its modern attributes receive a perfect score, while for traditional charm...
    It is relatively satisfactory.

If you're visiting Shenzhen, you should really focus on the sea, not the artificial attractions in the city. I mean, isn't this sea gorgeous?

When it comes to sea views, Shenzhen's can rival any in mainland China.

This is a city for work. Since you're already here, why not stay and work for a bit before you leave?

Since you're here anyway, might as well get a job before you go.

Shenzhen is great for long-term living, but not so much for short trips. When you live here, there are free concerts and art exhibitions every week, frequent free public training sessions, and occasionally you can even win free experiences like indoor skydiving or archery – it's awesome! For those with kids, there are tons of beautiful and fun free outdoor playgrounds and stream-trekking spots.

It's quite nice if you know where to go.

I'm from Shenzhen and go to university in Beijing. Beijing is fun for tourists, but the living environment is poor and inconvenient. Shenzhen is the opposite – not great for tourism, but life is vibrant, transportation is convenient, and the cost of living is relatively low.

The night view from Nanshan Mountain is also pretty good.

It has decent sea views, cityscapes, and mountain scenery. It's true that it lacks historical architecture, but it's not as bad as some make it out to be.

There's really no need to jump on the bandwagon and criticize it.

I've been to beaches all over the country, but the sea at Xichong in Shenzhen is really clear and the sand is very fine. It's well worth a visit.

Shenzhen is often called a 'cultural desert,' and looking at the 'concrete jungle' downtown isn't very exciting. However, the Dapeng Peninsula, being one of China's most beautiful coastlines, is definitely worth seeing...
